The Lobbying Act (the Act) requires that, within three months after the end of each fiscal year, the Registrar General table an annual report before each House of Parliament with regard to the administration of this Act, on any of the first fifteen days on which that House is sitting after it is received.
The Lobbying Act (the Act) requires that, within three months after the end of each fiscal year, the Registrar General table an annual report before each House of Parliament with regard to the exercise of the powers, duties and functions conferred on the Registrar in relation to the Code, on any of the first fifteen days on which that House is sitting after it is received.
According to section 72 of both the Access to Information Act and Privacy Act, the head of every government institution must prepare an annual report on the administration of the Act within its institution at the end of each financial year, for submission to Parliament.
